Key to HSU's ability to gain repeat work with WBS is its hands on approach. Senior Mgt is involved on all projects from the outset right through to completion and hand over. This consistency of approach ensures closer management of time and quality and results in less problems on any given project. HSU would not be known as a claims conscious company and their primary goal is to get the project delivered. This all leads to Final Accounts being agreed promptly with variations only been claimed if valid and within reason.

HSU does not sub-sub-contract its works which is critical in the metal partitioning & suspended ceiling business. This all helps with improving continued quality, health & safety and programme mgt on site.
